Okongona Guest Farm offers a range of accommodations that combine comfort and charm. Our two spacious farm homes are decorated with unique touches that reflect the character of the farm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. For hunters booking an individual hunt, you have the option to stay within the home alongside fellow hunters or, if you prefer more privacy, to enjoy the seclusion of a separate room. We do, however, encourage guests to embrace the camaraderie of the hunt by sharing space and stories with one another after a long day. After all, what’s better than swapping tales of the day’s adventures in good company?

In addition to the main homes, we offer well-equipped and gorgeous rooms arranged in separate clusters. These rooms provide privacy while still being connected to the larger homes for easy access to shared living and dining areas. With the capacity to accommodate up to 34 guests, Okongona is ideal for both intimate getaways and larger group stays.

A spacious and inviting farmhouse, Haus offers the perfect blend of comfort and functionality. With three well-appointed bedrooms, it caters to families, small groups, or individual hunters looking for a serene retreat. Haus boasts a cozy bar area, a lounge for relaxation, and an outdoor patio complete with a barbeque, ideal for social gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for self-catering, making this home a great option for those who prefer to prepare their own meals. Whether you’re relaxing after a long day of exploring or hosting a group dinner, Haus provides a welcoming atmosphere in a beautiful setting.

For larger groups or families, Jaghuis is the ultimate choice. Featuring four bedrooms and a separate Woonstel with a private ensuite, Jaghuis comfortably accommodates 8-12 guests. The house has its own kitchen and patio, equipped with an outdoor barbeque, creating the ideal setting for communal meals and evening gatherings. Although the kitchen is not as expansive as the one in Haus, it offers everything needed for preparing meals. Jaghuis is a great choice for full-board guests or groups looking for a comfortable and functional space in which to unwind after a day in the field.

Ou Opstal is a charming cluster of three private bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, located close to Haus. While it does not feature its own living, kitchen, or patio areas, guests of Ou Opstal share the common areas of Haus, including the lounge, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. This arrangement makes Ou Opstal ideal for groups traveling together, offering privacy in the bedrooms while still enjoying shared communal spaces for dining and socializing. It’s the perfect spot for those seeking a balance of privacy and shared group experiences.

Tucked away for a more intimate and private experience, the Garden Cottage is a charming chalet featuring one queen bed and two standalone single beds. It’s an ideal retreat for a small family or a couple on a weekend getaway. The cottage comes with its own kitchen and an outdoor barbeque, making it perfect for self-catering and relaxing in nature. Whether you’re enjoying a peaceful evening under the stars or a quiet breakfast on the patio, the Garden Cottage offers a serene escape in a beautiful setting
